TEAM Marketing Group partners with TSU to motivate future leaders NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 5, 2010) - TEAM Marketing Group was proud to be part of Tennessee State University’s Student Motivation Task Force (SMTF). Todd Kornblit, President, Dimeta Smith, Director of Accounting and Human Resources, and Josephine Beeler, Project Manager, spoke to communications and marketing students about current trends in the marketing industry. They also gave students advice about how to land competitive careers after college. Linda Burks, Human Resources Assistant, reviewed students’ resumes and offered portfolio critiques. “I truly enjoyed interacting with the students and sharing my passion for marketing and sales,” commented Kornblit. “Our future is dependent on their success. I look forward to taking part in similar programs at TSU.” The Student Motivation Task Force was designed by TSU’s Career Development Center to inspire our future leaders. The Department of Defense, Frito Lay and Verizon Wireless were among the other organizations that took part in the mentoring program.
